VIDEO: Finnair cabin crew break into “Bollywood” dance on the plane
Finnair organised the flash mob to mark Republic Day in India.

When passengers boarded a Finnair flight from Helsinki to Delhi on Thursday (today), they weren’t quite expecting the in-flight entertainment to begin so early.
Cabin crew – dressed in their new Star Trek-esque retro uniforms – caught passengers by surprise as they shimmied down the plane with a group of dancers and began dancing in the aisles – Bollywood style.
Finnair organised the flash mob to mark Republic Day in India – a national celebration that remembers when India became an independent Republic (on this day in 1950).
The airline captured the event on video, which shows passengers showing their appreciation with a round of applause towards the end.
